My husband fell in the park and was in considerable pain. I called the GP who gave me an appointment for the Miami clinic in Durrington. The doctor there was kind and asked all of the appropriate questions. She sent us to the hospital for an Xray and gave us a prescription as she suspected that my husband had fractured his ribs. We cannot fault the kind, thorough and efficient service offered by this clinician on 1st March this year. We are indeed very grateful to have been "sorted" so quickly.

I was expecting better not being able to get an appointment with my own GP but was very dissapointed. On arrival I checked in with the receptionist and was told to take a seat in the waiting area. I waited for 45 minutes while new patients arriving after me were called in, eventually I went back to reception and asked why this was too find out that I had not been booked in. When I was called in I explained my problem which I have had for approx 8 weeks and after being checked over was told to see my GP ? Surely this is a total nonsense because if I could have got an appointment with my GP I would not have been there in the first place. I will now try once again for an appointment with my GP and if it is suggested that I attend a MIAMI clinic shall not bother. I appreciate the thinking behind MIAMI clinics but surely it is not within reason to expect better results from it.

All very easy to book and see a doctor either on the same day or within 24 hours. The appointment was on time and the doctor was incredibly helpful. I have used the Miami clinic before and would certainly do so again.
